TMNT, fusion frenzy 2, madden 09, i think thats it. im really working on getting it all done for MW2 not sure if i can ever get the 30 sec run in the pit though.

Yeah, if we're counting it, my only one is Dash of Destruction. But I do have over 1000 gamerscore in Oblivion, but those points are between the main game and the expansion, not all of the main game.

After the holiday craziness is over and probably concurrently with Dragon Age (I'm 32 or so hours in and I just completed the first of the four "main quests" that you're given when the world opens up), I'm probably going to go through Oblivion and finally finish the game's achievements. I basically just have the upper level Assassin's and Thieves guild work left to do. I might move on and finish the expansion and/or Fallout's main (non-expansion) achievements after that. I'm only one or two achievements away from 100%-ing Bioshock as well, but I have a feeling that getting through the hardest difficulty without dying is going to be a real beating.
