Passy.
Permalink Reply by FatherWiggles on December 19, 2011 at 3:10pm I'm talking PC not xbox sir. The C&C games don't port to console at all they suck on console.
Permalink Reply by Flibbity Floid on December 19, 2011 at 3:14pm Just as much. C&C3 Tiberium Wars was showing a huge decline in quality IMO. Nothing will ever stand up to C&C2: Red Alert.
Permalink Reply by LudaToke on December 19, 2011 at 7:35pm I had fun with Tiberium Wars and Kane's Wrath on the 360 despite it not being the best set up.

Permalink Reply by LudaToke on December 20, 2011 at 9:58pm A RTS game that was original and actually worked on the console was Tom Clancy's End War. It was all done through voice commands and worked really well. "Unit Alpha attack Charlie". It wasn't the most complex RTS but worked for what it set out to do. Too bad poor sales doomed it to not go anywhere.
Permalink Reply by Flibbity Floid on December 21, 2011 at 8:12am I still want to try that End War game. But so far my encounters with RTS' on the console have been slim but out of the 3 I've played: Command & Conquer 3, Halo Wars and Civilization Revolution (also TBS mixed in but still), the latter two still hold up extremely well. I need to get my hands on Civ Rev again actually.
Halo Wars works surprisingly EXTREMELY well. Unit command is simple, base structure is easy to maintain and there's many different modes to use to test your abilities. If you can look past the idea of it as a Halo game, you'd actually be shocked at it's underrated quality.
Permalink Reply by FatherWiggles on December 21, 2011 at 9:13am I tried halo wars and didn't like it at all. I guess I'm just too used to RTS on pc. Good thing I have one beastly pc to play this one on.
