No, it was not taken from a Megan's Law website.   Yes it was taken far too close.  I was going for the creepy effect which my wife adequately captured.  The moustache looks absolutely ridiculous and I love it.  That being said, once Movember is gone, so is it.  I'll be participating in Decembeard however.
